RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION
In case customer wants to return a product, other than Personalized / Customized Order, the customer must write to us at email@example.com, a quick response is assured to such mails. Customer can also call us at +91 9928922028, which remains open from Monday to Saturday between 10.00AM to 06.30PM (IST) except declared holidays.
The Harsh Creation Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
Returns and Replacements are done FREE OF COST if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that you ordered) or defective products are received by the customer. Products that are eligible for Return and Exchange can be returned within 2-3 days of receiving the Order at your Doorstep.
• Product must be Unused, Unworn, Unwashed and Undamaged. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all Packing Material, Next Order’s Discount Coupons, Courier Receipt, Invoice & other papers.
• Note: - Refund amount will not include shipping charges which you have paid.
Please note an order can only cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has dispatched, no cancellation request will be entertained.
